The Vanity Fair September issue gives tribute to the passing of two major American icons lost on the same day, Michael Jackson and Farrah Fawcett. Michael Jackson’s cover includes a photo of the idol photographed by Annie Leibovitz, with interviews done with the singer in the late 70’s. Farrah Fawcett’s cover was photographed by Bruce McBroom taken in 1976 on the same day she was photographed in her famous red bathing suit.
