Coca Cola Concept Bottle

This week I came across another Coca Cola concept bottle. A couple of weeks ago we featured Andrew Kim’s Eco Coke bottle design. However, this eye-catching Coca Cola concept was created by graphic designer and illustrator Julien Muller from Metz, France. He has developed a summer concept for Coca-Cola. He substitutes the classic contour bottle we're use to seeing, with bottles in the form of ice pops. Despite the fact the design preserves the well-recognizable wave it somehow appears entirely different from what we are used to. However, this design is not 100% official, it’s just a proposed design to Coke for the summer. I’m starting to wonder if Julien Muller is giving Andrew Kim a run for his money. At any rate, which bottle design would you prefer?

Eco Coke Bottle Design

Designer Andrew Kim designed this esthetically pleasing and innovative concept, it requires changing from the classic curvy coke bottle to a slimmer cubic physique. The cap is 25% slimmer than the current 20oz bottle, and 27% more efficient because of its drastically reduced footprint. The bottle is made of 100% sugar cane byproducts and is capable of collapsing 66% smaller than its original size.
Any thoughts on a redesign of the classic coke bottle?
